Facilities Manager - FMCG - South West London - £35k

We are looking for a highly driven Facilities Manager/Office Manager to work for a high profile FMCG covering some amazing known brands based in South West London. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure is key.

Key facilities management & office management responsibilities will include:

• Provide a first line contact for the Facilities Department for all internal and external customers/contractors.
• Provide support to front of house including cover when required.
• Order and manage all furniture requests for the building including specific equipment following desk assessments.
• Setting up meeting rooms according to requests.
• Fire safety in conjunction with health and safety contacts.
• Liaising with building management provider on behalf of Coty.
• Coordinate with internal procurement team for direct and indirect procurement activity.
• Co-ordinate and monitor internal cleaners.
• Support with courier booking where required.
• Daily mail management including collection and sorting.
• First aid training coordination.
• Monitor service standards in Front of House areas, including catering, cleaning and rest rooms.
• Liaise with building contractors to follow through on approved work.
• Carry out weekly office walk rounds, ensuring the building is in good order, noting any defects.
• Responsible for tenant security in coordination with building manager.

Looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role ideally having worked within the creative or FMCG industry. Must be self-motivated, energetic with a dedication to succeed and make this role their own.
