Our client, a charity based in North London, is seeking a switched on and capable HR assistant to join their friendly team.

An exciting opportunity to begin your HR career, your duties will involve recruitment administration, drafting offer letters and contracts, data input, maintaining HR systems, assisting with ad hoc projects and acting as the first point of contact for HR policies and issues.

Suitable for someone with a minimal amount of exposure to HR or experience in coordination, the ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be efficient in their working style, be happy to work independently and be a quick learner. A HR qualification would be advantageous however attitude is the most important factor!
