A fantastic role has become available as a HR Data Analyst within a multinational Investment Firm in its expanding Mayfair Office.  Leading in its industry, this really is a great firm with a fantastic team attitude demonstrated by the low staff turnover!

The core responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Project Manage the implemetnation of a new HRIS
  • Leading the management of information and analytics required to support every aspect of the HR cycle
  • Providing data analysis around key metrics
  • Acting as the first point of contact for reporting requests from the HR team

    • The successful candidate will preferably be educated to a degree level and have had 3 or more years of HR experience working as analyst or general HR. This role entails a huge amount of analytical and reporting work so you need to enjoy extracting data and to have a very high attention to detail. Our client is looking for candidates with excellent IT skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint and someone who is confident, proactive, adaptable and be able to prioritise.

    In return for your hard work the firm are paying up to £50k (depending on experience) with an amazing benefits package!

    The core hours are 8am-6pm.
