TEMP TO PERM
This is a very exciting opportunity to work for an UHNW Businessman who is CEO of a highly respected Asset Management House and has substantial philanthropic and Charitable interests.
The E.A. will report to the CEO’s Chief of Staff and will work alongside a small team of assistants and be responsible for all organisational and administrative aspects of the CEO’s office.
Duties will include; overseeing the diaries of the CEO; this will include close liaison with household staff and Charity Advisor to organise the CEO’s diary effectively and ensure both business and private diaries are synchronised. You will have overall responsibility for the planning and organisation of his day, including all aspects of personal work. You will plan and implement complicated and diverse travel arrangements, including dealing with short notice amendments and contingency plans. Collate comprehensive itineraries to encompass all aspects of a trip and ensure that no detail is overlooked. You will undertake all correspondence on behalf of the CEO’s multiple other business interests, take dictation, meet and greet Investors/guests, oversee a variety of private social events from inception to completion, undertake ad-hoc personal projects for the family including booking travel and accommodation.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of dealing with senior level Executives and their assistants and need to be able to work in an extremely busy and fast paced team where juggling priorities is constant. Experience of organising, booking and amending complex travel itineraries is essential. In addition to this, you will need to be able to handle multiple tasks with diplomacy, tact and with care & attention to detail and have excellent organisational and administration skills, patience and the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks. You will be a self-starter, be able to pre-empt each task and anticipate administrative needs in good time. Previous experience within a demanding and hands-on EA role including dealing with complex diary organisation and providing a full range of support, preferably within Financial Services would be desirable.
This is a Temp to Perm role to start immediately.
