Learning Advisor

£32,000 per Annum pro rata plus company car

Part time 22 hours per week

South of England- Home based with good train links to London

Are you a learning and development professional who can design and deliver quality learning solutions? If so, come and join this exciting new role as Learning Advisor and contribute to the incredible work for this Charity

As part of the learning and development team you will help to provide learning, development and advisory support to all employees in the organisation across the South region. You will work as part of the L&D team and other Learning Advisors to continue to develop and deliver learning including inductions, core skills workshops and management development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver core modules of the management programmes to junior and middle manager level and contribute to the development of new learning programmes
    • Develop a range of learning solutions to meet business need, including but not limited to 'How To' Guides, e-learning modules and short 'buzz workshops'
    • Facilitate induction events and support managers to provide strong inductions
  • Update and maintain learning records, and complete appropriate data reporting for client groups
  • Drive employee engagement through effective learning solutions aligned to organisational values and priorities
      • Develop and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders across the wider organisation
      • Co-ordinate and implement Learning projects, such as an organisation-wide coaching programme for middle managers
    • Provide advisory support as subject matter expert on appropriate use of learning solutions

    Key Knowledge and Skills:

    • Demonstrate experience of designing, delivering & facilitating learning workshops to audiences at middle manager level and below with a Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders from a wide variety of backgrounds and levels
    • Experience of operating with a flexible approach, and a willingness to develop knowledge and skills
    • Strong support skills to define development priorities that will support or resolve issues
    • Excellent planning, organisational and problem solving skills
    • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
