Conveyancing Legal Secretary. 

Are you a conveyancing legal secretary looking to join a well-regarded law firm based in Solihull? This established law firm is now looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to join their conveyancing team based in Solihull. 

Within this role, you will provide key support and assistance to a conveyancing team on a full time basis where your key duties will include: 
  • Audio/copy typing, including digital dictation
  • Providing effective support to a busy team of fee earners
  • Using a case management system 
  • Typing documents and correspondence
  • General admin duties 
This conveyancing legal secretary role requires you to have previous experience working within a conveyancing department as a legal secretary, be confident using case management systems and Microsoft packages, along with having excellent communication skills.
