An international schools group in London are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the corporate head office team in Central London as the Head Office Operations and Administration Coordinator. This is a superb and unique role for an experienced and professional individual seeking a busy role offering responsibility!



Ultimately as Head Office Operations and Administration Coordinator, you will support the head office team with the coordination of a range of projects across the group of schools. Your duties will include;

Providing support to internationally located Board of Directors, co-ordinating monthly Board meeting logistics in the UK and abroad
Providing Secretarial and organisational support to the Executive Team, drafting and preparing correspondence, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers, noting action points and follow up
Management of head office facilities, including co-ordinating supplier agreements, maintaining corporate accounts, negotiating annual renewals and ensuring best practice
Providing global IT support to head office and the schools by managing website domains
Supporting and managing global policy and procedure creation and implementation, including Health and Safety
Providing HR support to the schools including sourcing candidates, screening, organising interviews, induction, training, and liaising with external recruitment agencies
Receptionist and other ad-hoc duties as required


In order to be considered for this role as Head Office Operations and Administration Coordinator, you will ideally be a graduate / of graduate calibre. My client are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years experience working in an operations, senior administration or executive PA role. Candidates with experience working in a corporate and/or start-up environment industry will be highly regarded. The position requires the successful candidate to be IT savvy, competent with using the Microsoft Office Suite, office equipment use and have proven experience of working as a professional, self-motivated individual. Great written and communication skills and strong attention to detail are imperative.
