Office Coordinator

Design engineers require a confident and energetic office coordinator to join the team at their stunning Liverpool Street location.

Designing some of the most state of the art interiors for their clients this role is based within a stylish and minimalistic space with celling to floor windows and excellent views.

The role is a hybrid one to include front of house duties however there isn’t a reception desk – the successful post holder sits within the main office supporting both the MD and project teams with admin support, but will be responsible for meeting clients at the door and ushering them to their meetings as well as intercepting couriers, guests and visitors.
