Based at our HQ in Baker Street, our Residential Corporate Services team are looking to recruit an Office Manager. This role will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to the team and Department Head.
You will be responsible for:
- Diary management, data management and reporting
- Managing Relocation Agent relationships and all communication regarding relocation enquiries.
- Scheduling property visits
- Ensuring tours and itineraries are completed for property viewings
The successful Office Manager will assist with projects, research and event planning, when required to support the Department Head.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. You will have a high level of attention to detail with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be a pro-active individual with strong organisational skills. Property or global mobility experience is preferred but not required for this role. You will have intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and Access knowledge would be a preferred but not necessary.
