Hands on and proactive are the character traits required for this office administration role. This is a newly created position within a fast growing office services company based in Hammersmith and therefore will evolve as the business develops.

This is a great opportunity for an Administrator or Assistant who likes to put their own stamp on things.

Working alongside two frantically busy Directors, your aim is to take ownership of the Office allowing them to focus on building the business.

A background in accounts coupled with knowledge of invoicing systems such as Xero or Sage 50 is essential. Ideally this will be coupled with experience of managing payroll, credit control. In addition, an interest in HR administration would be highly desirable.
