A media services company in Central London is looking for planning administrator. Looking for a team player with lots of initiative who is confident and bubbly. Must be driven and ambitious! The role offers plenty of growth and development working for an exciting and niche brand in media services. This is a temp to perm role starting on the 1st May paying £24K.

Key duties:

  • Assisting with the planning and development process, desktop surveying and assessing suitability of locations 
  • Liaising with consultants to arrange planning drawings 
  • Logging and tracking all processes 
  • Liaising with council officers on queries 
  • Reporting progress weekly to management 
  • General administration tasks

Key skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal colleagues and departments and external parties
  • Confidence in dealing with people of all levels
  • Articulate, clear and concise telephone manner
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Numerate
  • Used to working in a fast, pressurised environment with constantly changing deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail

Key experience

  • 1 year minimum experience in office administration
  • Experience of negotiation/problem solving desirable
  • Pro-active and thinking outside the box to find solutions to issues is essential
  • Must be Personable, a good team player and have the ability to multi-task and cope under pressure
