My client - a well-known and highly prestigious law firm are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Managing Partner. You will also be asked to support the COO and another Senior Partner.

This really is a fantastic chance for someone who is looking to make the 'step up' in their career where you will be supporting Senior Executives providing a proactive and polished support service.

EA to Managing Partner

Some of the EA duties involved will include:

  • Acting as an initial point of contact for the Managing Partner and COO
  • Managing the diary and appointments for the Firm's Managing Partner and COO
  • Delivering and organising internal and external meetings and teleconferences, including booking venues
  • Coordinating and collating reports for the Executive Board

The successful EA will have the following experience/skills:

  • You will have a proven track record of working as an Executive Assistant supporting a number of key individuals within a professional services or legal services background
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
  • Ability to produce minutes of meetings
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
