New leadership role to provide a global focus for all cradle to grave talent related activity. Attraction, development and retention covering all levels of staff from apprentice and intern entry, graduate programmes and experienced hire with the objective of creating a truly Global service offering for everyone. You will create a global strategy to realise the potential that will be created though providing a focused approach across different offices ensuring that there is parity and consistency. 

You will have a high functioning team within each office reporting in to you covering talent acquisition, learning and development, graduate recruitment and apprentice/intern entry and you will work with each unit seamlessly encouraging a joined up approach so that there is true global mobility.

As well as developing and delivering cutting edge talent related strategy you will also work in an operational capacity to deliver this into the regions.

There will be a large element of travel in this position, you will probably be traveling for 2-3 days in 3 weeks out of 4 so please consider this before applying.

This is a role where you will look at bank wide people related strategy, influence change and look at all things talent related. This is a senior role where you will work closely with C suite board across the bank.

You will need to have strong experience of working within a Global role where you can demonstrate your ability to influence both remotely and directly. You should enjoy working at both strategic and operational levels and be able to show a strong track record in delivering change and implementing a seamless global strategy appropriate to all locations. You will need to be able to work with C suite clients and must have strong skills across all talent related people functions.
