A media services company in Central London is looking for a sales support administrator. Looking for a team player with lots of initiative who is confident and bubbly. Must be driven and ambitious! The role offers plenty of growth and development working for an exciting and niche brand in media services! This is a temp to perm role so looking for a someone to start 1st May.

 

The Sales Administration Planner role is an internal, service orientated role with a key focus on sales administration. Other key objectives of the role are to respond to internal and external information requests and support the sales team where possible on any given brief

 

Key Sales administration duties:

 

  • Complete administration for the Sales and Client Services team
  • To input options as directed, monitor according to deadlines and drop when advised or they have expired
  • Monitor availability across the estate and work with the sales team to assist with solutions
  • Assist with booking confirmations as required
  • Confirm all client bookings onto sales systems
  • Work with credit control and wider finance team to ensure timely action as directed
  • Assist with copy specifications, production and install as required
  • Respond to all agency/specialist/client requests either directly or with sales assistance in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
  • Assist the sales team with collateral eg data, images, and creation of presentation decks
  • To provide the sales team with historical data
  • Update and monitor bookings tracker to assist with sales pipeline and photography
  • Book, brief and manage photographers across the estate to capture professional sales images for all relevant campaigns, gather and organise images in central library and communicate to wider sales team when new photography is available
  • Responsible for team weekly meeting and revenue tracker
  • To be proactive and suggest and lead any key projects to improve sales collateral i.e. new site cards, insights etc
  • To help MD and Head of Sales with any ad hoc tasks that are not covered by the Office EA

Campaign Management duties:

  • To assist with outgoing briefs and deals to make sure they are relevant to availability, time of year and site format with consideration to historical spends and market rates.
  • To provide senior management with any ad hoc revenue tracking
  • To follow up with client/agencies for sales data and case studies
  • To be a main point of contact for specialists when briefing in or asking for case studies/competitive data/site cards etc

Key experience

  • At least 6 months administration related practical work experience
  • Media, Sales, administration or travel experience advantageous
  • Experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment advantageous
  • A Degree or Further Education is desirable but not essential
  • Good attention to detail & time management
  • Experience working with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint to a high standard
