French speaking HR Assistant
A global oil & gas exploration corporation has created a band new opening for a French speaking HR Assistant which will be based from their Mayfair offices.
This French speaking HR Assistant role reports directly to the HR Director and requires regular interaction with the Group HR in Paris. As a French speaking HR assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the companies' employees based across all continents. The successful candidate will be focussed on employee engagement and ensuring a smooth and professional HR service is delivered across all functions.
Your responsibilities will include managing the full employee life-cycle processes covering hiring/on-boarding/ promotions/transfers and leavers, recording employee absences and holidays, calculating payments and entitlements, generating documentation, data and file management, organising and coordinating L&D training courses, materials and accommodation, handling employee benefits administration whilst liaising with benefit providers and suppliers and handling referencing matters.
The successful candidate will be CIPD or part CIPD qualified with excellent written and spoken French; a sound knowledge of UK employment laws and possesses solid HR experience from within a similar environment. The client has an excellent location to work from and can provide you with great career progression in an HR related role.
Profile
- English to mother tongue standard, written and spoken
- Excellent level of French, written and spoken
- CIPD qualified or part CIPD qualified is essential
- Previous experience managing HR related activities such as on-boarding, recording employee absences, monitoring leave/sickness or drafting contracts is essential
- Solid previous work experience as an HR Assistant, HR Executive, HR Advisor or Human Resource Associate is mandatory
- Great administrative skills
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
