Executive Assistant to CEO/Office Manager

 

£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus

 

We are working on behalf of a small but extremely high level, discreet and traditional company based in Mayfair to source a new Board level Executive Assistant of the highest standards.  The remit spans a full right hand EA role, coupled with board and governance duties and oversight of the running of the day to day administration and office management.

The role will suit a highly motivated, intelligent and discreet EA with extensive senior level experience at board level with a keen eye for detail and exceptional judgement and maturity in their outlook.

 

You will have full responsibility for the following:

Executive Assistant

  • Complete maintenance of the CEO’s schedule
  • Coordinate a full range of internal and external meetings and all associated logistics
  • Book a high volume of sometimes complex travel and accommodation with high quality itineraries
  • Provide accurate agendas and briefing papers for the CEO in advance of all meetings
  • Full inbox management

Company Secretariat

  • Preparation and distribution of board papers
  • Arranging and minuting all board meetings
  • Updating all official company filings
  • Assist the Chairman with all board matters and regular board engagement

Office Management

  • Handling insurance renewals, lease arrangements and landlord liaison
  • Extensive supplier relations, driving savings through exceptional negotiations skills and oversee all supplier contracts
  • Managing all supplies and orders to ensure all office items are constantly in stock
  • Travel booking for wider team
