My client - a leading and well respected City law firm are looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to join their prestigious Private Client team. This is a newly created role and an opportunity to join a great team where you can build a fantastic career!

Junior Legal Secretary

As the Junior Legal Secretary you will be supporting up to 5 Fee Earners, providing an efficient secretarial and administrative support service.

Some of the Junior Legal Secretary duties involved will include:

  • Audio and Copy typing
  • Managing fee earner's diaries on a daily basis
  • Assist fee earners in arranging and booking various training courses
  • Creation of new client records
  • Obtaining billing guides and preparing draft bills
  • Drafting letters and correspondence and amending documents
  • Corresponding with clients on behalf of fee earners

The successful Junior Legal Secretary will have the following experience/skills:

  • At least a year's Legal Secretarial/Legal Admin experience
  • Ideally have some form of Secretarial qualification
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fast accurate typing (audio and copy) with excellent grammar and spelling
  • Highly organised and has high attention to detail
