A leading asset management consultancy in London is looking for a HR administrator to start with them immediately on a temp to perm basis. This busy office is looking for somebody who is looking to make a career within HR.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures accurately and timely maintenance of personnel files
  • Including archiving, scanning and electronic filing.
  • Maintains accurate employee data on the HR database.
  • Supports the creation of ad hoc reports including charts, tables, slides for presentations.
  • Assist in general recruitment activities, including sifting applicants and booking interviews.
  • Maintaining recruitment database.
  • Wellbeing and market standards research.
  • Desk assessments.
  • General administrative tasks required by the rest of the People and Wellbeing team.
  • Possible health and safety officer duties for the right candidate (suitable training would be given).
