Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary. 
 
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancing legal secretary to join a well-established law firm based in the outskirts of Birmingham on a permanent, full time basis. You will join the firm  working 9am - 5pm, providing key support and assistance to the conveyancing department. 
 
This firm is highly established and can offer you the opportunity to support skilled solicitors and fee earners on their workload. Your key duties will include:
  • Audio/copy typing
  • Liaising with clients daily
  • Preparing/drafting documents and correspondence 
  • Providing general admin duties
  • Using the Land Registry and case management system 
In order to be considered for this residential conveyancing legal secretary role, you must have previous experience working within a conveyancing department, have excellent communication and organisational skills, be a real team player and be willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues.
