Are you a graduate or graduate calibre Coordinator looking for your next move? Do you enjoy having a varied post with exposure to HR, Finance, Facilities and IT?
We are currently recruiting for a Membership Administrator to join a high profile global professional association.
Based in fantastic offices in easy reach of Victoria this is a great role to join a friendly, professional and fast paced team. Reporting directly into the COO who is happy to give lots of autonomy you will be busy with lots of different duties on a daily basis, including:
- Act as first aider (training given)
- Health & safety duties
- Managing inboxes, flagging, forwarding and responding
- Processing invoices
- Ordering supplies and stationery
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Booking meeting rooms and proactively resolving any conflicts
- Liaise with building management as needed
- HR Administration and record keeping
- Liaison with company mobile phone provider
- Liaison with a range of suppliers and stakeholders
