Are you a graduate or graduate calibre Coordinator looking for your next move? Do you enjoy having a varied post with exposure to HR, Finance, Facilities and IT?   

We are currently recruiting for a Membership Administrator to join a high profile global professional association.

Based in fantastic offices in easy reach of Victoria this is a great role to join a friendly, professional and fast paced team.  Reporting directly into the COO who is happy to give lots of autonomy you will be busy with lots of different duties on a daily basis, including:

  • Act as first aider (training given)
  • Health & safety duties
  • Managing inboxes, flagging, forwarding and responding
  • Processing invoices
  • Ordering supplies and stationery
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Booking meeting rooms and proactively resolving any conflicts
  • Liaise with building management as needed
  • HR Administration and record keeping
  • Liaison with company mobile phone provider
  • Liaison with a range of suppliers and stakeholders
