A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to a hire a new HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team on a permanent basis.  Responsibilities will include preparing new joiner documentation, assisting with the preparation of induction programmes for new joiners and transferees into the London office, coordinating leaver documentation, ensuring the office holiday charts are kept up-to-date, maintaining an accurate log of sicknesses and other absences, maintaining the HR databases, administering parental leave paperwork and checklists, assisting with the processing of invoices, maintaining employee personnel files, coordinating travel bookings and attendance at law fairs, coordinating interviews and offers for summer scheme students, logging all CVs on the recruitment tracker, liaising with benefit providers with regards to joiners/leavers, maintaining an accurate log of CPD/CLE hours for attorneys and any other ad hoc duties as required.  Candidates should have previous generalist HR administrative experience within a professional services organisation, preferably a Law Firm.  Applicants should also have strong attention to detail and be confident liaising with personnel across all levels of the firm.  Standard hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm.
