A really exciting new Office Administrator role has come up for a leading, award winning, Recruitment Consultancy firm based in Shoreditch! This role is a brand new role that has been created and so the progression is unlimited as the company are constantly growing and would be happy for the right candidate to take on any tasks they feel would be of interest to them.
Based in the heart of the City and working with the UK’s premier financial markets organisations, we need a hungry and driven hire to help us grow.
After an exciting last 6 years that has seen us grow from 3 to 20 staff, we are ready to take the next step in our journey. You will have the chance to work in a team that prides itself on giving our clients and candidates a better service than any other Recruitment Agency in London.
Joining the Back Office team, you will be responsible for; formatting CVs, creating advert templates, ad hoc marketing projects, occasional social media posting, produce website content and provide SEO insight.
Typical Duties include:
- CV formatting
- Helping with ad hoc marketing tasks
- Managing the social media
- Writing adverts for the company's website
- Helping with the PR
What we look for:
- Degree educated (or equivalent), preferably in humanities or an essay-based subject
- Impeccable grammar and spelling
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO (ideal but not essential)
- Excellent work ethic; always be willing to go that extra mile
- A team player – we have a close-knit team and a vibrant culture
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF
