A multi-dimensional EA/Office Management & Events role has arisen to join an independent division of a leading FTSE 100 company based in Waterloo. You will join a friendly, sociable and busy team who will value your support. Daily in this busy and engaging role you will provide EA support to MD level & a direct report from diary management, international travel arrangements, document production including presentations and reports, support with the running of the office (180) and event management (social gatherings to corporate companywide events) from conception to completion and so much more!
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced EA, used to supporting with the running of a busy office, supporting/managing events for the organisation. You will be of graduate caliber (A-level standard and above), have strong communication skills to be a true representative for your boss, have proven strong project management experiences, have friendly and professional demeanor and always be willing to go the extra mile.
Ideally you will be free at short notice to get started in this highly desirable permanent role.
