EA to CEO

We now have an exciting new opportunity to work as an EA for a Chief Executive of a Charity, based Surrey (Kingston Upon Thames / Surbiton area).

Within this role you will be liaising with senior stakeholders , so delivering a 5 star service both internally and externally on behalf of the CEO's office at all times is necessary!

Along with this, some of the specific duties within this role will include;

• Provide administrative, secretarial and diary support for the Chief Executive and other Senior members of staff
• Being the first point of contact for all queries coming into the Office
• Help prepare / attend those meetings
• Minute taking
• Amending board packs
• Organise travel arrangements for all senior members of staff
• Handle expenses for the Chief Executive as well as the Chairman and Head of Governance when appropriate
• And overall ensure there is a smooth running of the office
