Internationally renowned luxury company has an opportunity for an assistant to support the Head of Risk. A busy and involved role with an emphasis on supporting the Director regarding claims and handling within the UK And overseas.

Salary £20k-£27k experience dependent:

General administration
*Effective co-ordination of messages and tasks especially whilst other colleagues are
*Managing daily post, department files, archives, records and spreadsheets
*Responding to enquiries promptly and appropriately
*Providing administrative support to the Risk Management department.
*Carrying out periodic stock checks for salvage items
*Maintaining departmental procedures manual
*Maintaining department stationery supplies

Skills/Competencies
*Be reliable and capable of working well as part of a busy, highly pressurised team.
*Be well organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
*Be enthusiastic with a flexible approach and the ability to think on their feet.
*Possess excellent communication and client service skills (both written and spoken).
*Ideally be educated to degree level
*Familiarity with or experience of Insurance market operations.
