Based in our Global Headquarters on Baker Street, we are looking to recruit a Receptionist.
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Providing an excellent visitor experience
- Maintain the reception area and meetings rooms.
- Helping to manage the booking system
- Liaising with PA’s, secretaries and the ground floor reception area.
Other duties will occasional support to the Head of Events, Hospitality and Charity, including administration and working at events where necessary.
The successful candidate will have previous reception experience. The ideal candidate will be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and have the ability to multi-task. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft office.
