Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary. 

Are you a residential conveyancing legal secretary looking to join a forward thinking law firm based in Birmingham? If so, then look no further as this particular law firm can offer an experienced legal secretary the chance to join a successful team on a full time, permanent basis. 

Based in Sheldon, Birmingham, you will provide key support and assistance to a fee earner within the firms conveyancing department where your key duties will include: 
  • Audio/copy typing
  • Diary and file management
  • Liaising with clients 
  • Performing searches using the Land Registry and using a case management system
  • Providing administrative support
In order to be successful for this residential conveyancing legal secretary role, you must have over 12 months experience working within conveyancing, have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a typing speed of at least 65 WPM.
