Business Acceptance Unit Administrator
Manchester
The Role
As Administrator you will be responsible for assisting in carrying out registration of all new instructions and conflict of interest / new client identification activities as required to ensure that agreed service levels are met on an ongoing basis.
You will be providing assistance when in registering / updating case and client records on the database as well as assisting and supporting the BAU team and Manager with the implementation of the agreed changes and the introduction of continuous quality improvements.
About you
- Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel
- Strong customer focus
- Previous database experience
- Accurate data entry skills
- Confident dealing with senior management and ensuring service levels are adhered to
