Super role with a fast growing corporate business. Join their Hemel Hempstead office and support the MD.
You will provide support to the Managing Director and wider team. This is a national business who offer excellent conditions and benefits to their staff.
On offer:
-Salary £30,000 - £37,000 (experience dependant)
-Excellent working conditions
Duties include:
-Secretarial duties - 50wpm typing
-Diary and email management
-Booking of meetings/appointments
-Preparing documents for meetings and taking and typing minutes
-General administration duties ie: filing, faxing, photocopying
-Assist with HR duties
-Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements for the role:
-Proven secretarial experience
-Typing 50wpm
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
-Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
-High attention to detail
-Ability to work under pressure
