Description
Our client is a leading management consultancy, specialising in risk. They are looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Administrator. Working as part of the administration team and reporting into the Operations Manager, your duties will include:
- Prepare contracts, using templates, revise, negotiate, modify and process consultancy agreements service, tenders, supplier agreements, service level agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
- Prepare, revise, negotiate and process contract documentation such as vendor questions, method statements, insurance, contractor approval, contractor questionnaires, operating schedules and delivery requirements.
- Provide full life-cycle, contract management across the various functions and processes including client services, sales, leads, strategic contracts administration leadership and support to internal and external clients
- Initiate and pursue process improvement initiatives for an efficient and effective contracts desk.
- Under minimal supervision, execute special projects relating to contracts and other responsibilities as needed.
- Evaluate and influence contract performance for client success/value and contract compliance
- Manage contracts and schedules
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree and Paralegal certificate
- Have previously worked as a Contract Administrator within a legal background
- Excellent organisational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional drafting, proof reading and communication skills
- Confident negotiating with all levels
- Ability to work independently, plan and take initiative to accomplish objectives in at timely manner with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player while effectively and efficiently and communicating and influencing both internal and external clients
Job Offer
On offer is a salary of £28,000 Hours are 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
