Private E.A for High Profile Entrepreneur – Chelsea

This is a very exciting opportunity for a first class Private E.A. to work out of a beautiful private home in Chelsea, supporting a very influential entrepreneurial and be his “right hand”. The role is very varied and will see you provide seamless support in both his personal and business life ie. managing household staff, international homes, yachts, lear jets, helicopters, small and large high-profile events, setting up meetings, diary management and complex global travel itineraries and always having a backup plan!! This role needs a super organised E.A. with a meticulous eye for detail and your communication and organisational skills will be second to none. You must be diplomatic, calm, confident, resilient and really know how to make things happen!

The ideal candidate will ideally have a background as an E.A. in private / personal and business correspondence with a solid working history!! No two days will be the same and please note there is lots of opportunity to work from home and travel, so ideally needs someone who is able to drop things at last minute to jump on planes to Zone 1 and Zone 2!! They are looking for someone who is willing to work outside of hours but this is not a 24/7 role!
