Our client are an Investment Management company based in the City. They’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join their IT team. This is an ongoing temporary position to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing accurate monthly management reports
  • Providing an efficient service to clients, including answering general queries and obtaining information
  • Managing the day to day relationships with external parties; following up outstanding invoices, dealing with 3rd party suppliers
  • Providing budget versus headcount reports
  • Finance duties, including; Purchase orders, invoicing and new vendor set up

They are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide a processing, booking and reporting service, as opposed to secretarial support. They are looking for someone with experience within Finance and IT admin who are able to exercise skill and judgement. You must be an excellent communicator as you will required to be in regular contact with other staff and managers, as well as external suppliers. Excellent Excel skills are a must.

Other requirements:

  • Must be available immediately
  • Previous Administrative experience within Finance and IT
  • Advanced Excel skills, alongside other MS office applications
  • Positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure within a diverse changing environment
