Your role
In your role as Client Services Coordinator, you will proactively build and manage client relationships. Your role will be to take the pressure off your manager and create a sense of ease for the client. You will help with billings, answering phones, helping with small projects, and other ad-hoc duties. As this role requires a large amount of administration and organisation, experience in a similar role is paramount to your success.
Daily activities
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Billings - preparing invoices
- Drafting correspondence
- Inbound and outbound calls
Your skills & expertise
- Previous experience in Accounting would be advantageous
- Intermediate Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident approach to building and maintaining client relationships
