EA 1 year contract

We are working on a one on one EA role at a leading West End private bank. This is a 1 year contract supporting the CEO. The CEO has had a very low turnover of EAs historically and is a really vibrant and charming character. We are looking for an EA who is an exceptional scheduler and is used to booking multi stop and ever changing international travel as well as heavy inbox management, working across international time zones and attending Board meetings and taking minutes. The EA has full access to the inbox and acts as a gatekeeper as the CEO is in high demand! This role offers a huge amount of exposure to very senior individuals so will allow for a real learning curve.

We are looking for an EA who is highly organised and always one step ahead. There is a lovely company culture where wellbeing is important as well as a nice team of EAs. It is imperative that the successful candidate is super polished and slick, presentation is paramount. Our client offers fabulous benefits and we are looking for an EA with solid previous experience from within the finance sector, hedge fund or asset management and ideally having supported at one on one level.
