THE COMPANY:
My client is a modern energy company, who work alognside the government to administer various campaigns to save enegry and make our energy costs a lot mroe economic. They are looking for a customer services representative to handle all queries that come through regarding any of the campaigns. 

THE ROLE:
The role will be based in their London office and will include various duties such as:

• Using a customer support ticketing system to deal with customer queries and complaints
• Monitoring and responding to customers using our social media channels including Facebook and Twitter
• Investigating complicated issues and delivering suitable solutions
• Answering and making calls to our stores and third parties
• Dealing and investigating claims from customers

THE PERSON:
We are looking for people with at least 6 months experience in a Customer Service role. Other qualities include: 

• An experienced Customer Service star with a flair for going the extra mile
• Amazing written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility
• Efficient and accurate with excellent IT skills especially Excel
• A great team player who is self-motivated
• Experience of using customer support ticketing systems
