As a Resourcer, you will support a specific desk in providing quality bespoke recruitment services specifically around candidate sourcing and engagement, commercial activities and some administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an entry-level role and could be ideal for someone wanting to build a career in recruitment.
Responsibilities will include: Candidate generation - Proactively sourcing relevant, high caliber candidates to introduce to our clients within the company's specialism. This will involve utilising multiple methods and channels including headhunting, re-generation, marketing, social media, networking etc. Writing adverts to display on our website and other job boards in order to attract talent and screening applications. Conducting telephone and face to face screening interviews to qualify candidates. Checking all necessary compliance documentation and updating on the database. Maintain candidate engagement via regular contact to monitor progress.

This is a permanent and full-time role.
Hours: Flexi hours 9am-6pm
The salary £22 - £22K pa. Plus normally £5k commission
Benefits: 25 days holiday, shut down over Christmas and New Year, pension enrollment
