12 Month FTC: 2-day-a-week Design Production Specialist at top Law Firm: £42,000 pro rata

An award winning International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Design Production Specialist to join the London office on an initial 12-month FTC, working both Thursday and Friday.  Responsibilities will include design artwork production and manipulation, proofreading, using innovative artwork production methods, ensuring work produced and tools used are supported by the business, design and create input to produce quality artwork across multiple applications, ensuring that any off brand or non-standard format requests are approved by the Design Manager prior to inclusion in artwork, covering workflow as required, assessing and booking in design jobs and managing client expectations, design and creativity input to evolve the firm’s templates and styles, sharing of knowledge and expertise across the business as well as being responsible and flexible to the needs of clients, driving efficiencies through the use of technology and expertise.  Candidates must have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite software including InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop – in addition, candidates must have strong written, verbal and communication skills.   Standard hours are 9.30am – 6.00pm.
