Our client, a global financial advisory firm, has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide support to two charismatic and incredibly busy Partners. As EA to the Partners, your day to day duties will consist of email, diary and expense management, event management, reporting and extensive client liaison. You will network with high-level executives both internally and externally on a daily basis and it is building highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders that is the true backbone of this role. You will be an intelligent, personable and mature individual with proven coordination, organisational and planning skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. A genuine team player, you will thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment where your exceptional communication skills, flexibility, positive attitude and sense of humour will enable you to provide outstanding EA support.
Whilst your core responsibility will be providing Executive Assistant support to two Senior Partners within the firm, a component of your role will entail managing end-to-end client billings, therefore it is imperative you have prior experience with billings.
- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Management of end of month financials, including client billings
- Event management
- Complex travel coordination
- Preparation and editing of large documents
- Preparation of presentations

- Experience within professional services, legal or finance
- High-level director support
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Polished presentation & communication
- Ability to communicate at a high level
