Leaders in the global gaming market are looking for a HR Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. As the HR Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for employees on all HR related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for employees on all HR related matters
- Being responsible for answering and managing the HR email inbox, providing information on general employment matters, HR policies, procedures and benefits in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
- Producing documentation relating to the entire employee lifecycle including contract generation, maternity/paternity and flexible working requests, changes to T&Cs, reference requests
- Updating and maintaining the HRIS ensuring that employee data is accurate and up to date
- Managing the onboarding and leaver processes including presenting inductions, creating offer and leaver documentation, conducting vetting and exit interviews
- Developing and updating HR policies and processes in line with best practice and statutory obligations
- Supporting HR colleagues on ER casework, attending meetings, taking accurate notes and producing related documentation
- Managing the probation period and absence management
- Managing internal moves process
- Updating policies and employee handbooks
- Assisting in the administration of benefits
- Assisting with ad hoc HR reporting as required
- Encouraging positive morale throughout the wider team
Essential skills and Experience:
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- CIPD qualification desirable
- Minimum of 2 years working in HR
- Previous experience working with HRIS, including reporting and workflows
- Knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR principles
- Excellent computer and IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Proven experience of full employee life cycle administration
- Strong attention to detail
