To play a key role in ensuring the design and implementation of key Company policies.

To promote and support the use of the new Office 365 environment and assist in its maintenance.

They provide catering and hospitality services in organisations from a broad range of sectors including finance, media, law, manufacturing, multi-tenanted buildings, and corporate environments.

Description

Compliance

  • Working with outsource IT Support Partner and other external consultants to:-

  • Coordinate of GDPR (new data protection regulations) compliance project by identifying where and how and why data is held and what actions need to be taken to ensure compliance with new regulations

    • Work with Finance Team and site management to ensure compliance with PCI DSS standards

    • To assist in writing a new Company IT policy that ensure that GDPR compliance is maintained and the company's IT resources are deployed in an appropriate and secure manner

    • Monitor the use of O365 applications (SharePoint and OneDrive) to ensure these remain the only areas where company data is stored

    • Monitor Right to Work documentation to ensure compliance with up to date regulations

  • Monitor and report to Operations on site compliance in respect of submission deadlines for HR/Payroll/Finance functions
  • Work with external consultant to ensure requirements and documentation to support the company's ISO accreditations are maintained

Administration

  • Office 365 Environment:-

    • Working with outsource IT Support Partner and internal stakeholders/managers to complete role out and successful adoption of Office 365 Applications, in particular Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Skype

    • Coordinating and promoting the introduction of other O365 applications as level of adoption increases

    • Monitoring and promoting a constructive and consistent use of the new Office 365 environment

    • Controlling and updating content of certain 'public' SharePoint sites (e. 'Company Resources')

    • Administering changes in permissions for SharePoint sites/document libraries

    • Monitoring the current live O365 user list and ensuring that the process for adding/removing users is vigorously maintained

    • Monitoring the User Directory to ensure that all user details are kept up to date

    • Manage/Control Office 365 subscriptions to service user base with maximum efficiency

  • Providing administrative support for the Operational team on specific projects/tasks
  • To assist in the coordination of internal and external training courses

Profile

  • A flexible team player, displaying signs of leadership

    • Ability to work in London and to travel to different company locations on a regular basis is considered essential

    • Looking to work in a vibrant and entrepreneurial environment

    • Excellent organisational skills and some experience of project management

    • Good communication skills essential (verbal and written)

    • Ability to take initiative in solving problems

    • Appreciation of different IT network infrastructures (On-premise v Cloud)

    • Good IT skills and knowledge of core MS Applications essential

  • Proven track record in similar SME environment (also multi-site)
  • Attention to detail
