Campaign Fundraising Assistant
Our client is on the lookout for a Campaign Fundraising Assistant to join their team for an immediate start. If you have a passion for working within the not for profit sector then this is a great opportunity to progress on your skills further. You MUST have a valid DBS certificate due to the nature of the organisation and their mission of helping children and vulnerable adults.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is a leading global charity with an international presence engaging in aid relief and emergency support to children and vulnerable adults. This is an organisation dedicated to helping those in need in all corners of the world. As this organisation is involved with various campaigns and fundraising projects, this means that your time at this company will be both challenging and rewarding. Based in the heart of London Farringdon, great opportunity to explore and venture to various restaurants and bars.
You MUST have a valid DBS certificate due to the nature of the organisation and their mission of helping children and vulnerable adults.
What does the job consist of?
- Provide support to the Campaign Fundraising Team to help deliver on ambitious income and participation targets for their campaigns
- Explore and approach community partners to enhance campaigns
- Assist with Supporter Care enquiries and complaints
- Monitor campaign inboxes and oversee quality control of responses to supporters
- Maintain internal systems and provide a high level of customer service
- Manage fundraising pack returns and ensure all communications
- Support the team at events where needed
- Support with social media monitoring and response
- General team administrative help including setting up meetings, printing agendas and taking minutes
- Assisting with internal activities
- Develop understanding of and comply with their policies
- To carry out the responsibilities of the role in a way which reflects their commitment to safeguarding

- Excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships, both internally and externally
- Experience of working with databases
- A confident and friendly phone manner
- Excellent organisation skills, and the ability to manage a diverse workload
