PA - Luxury Property Investment 

This is a newly created PA role to support two dynamic partners within this Luxury Property Design Firm.  They head up the investment division of this company are looking for an equally dynamic switched on individual who can multi-task and go beyond the basics of an  PA role.  They are looking for someone to be really involved, attending meetings with them and representing them if they are unavailable.  This is a really great opportunity for someone who has maybe been within financial services / law / property investment who is looking for a role that will offer more opportunity than a generic PA position.  

Based in lovely offices just north of Bond Street, this particular team are currently working on a fantastic project which will  involve working with luxury retailers, world-leading architects, finance and legal teams around the world to ensure the completion of this project.  The team are looking for a true right-hand assistant who will accompany them to meetings, and travel with them around Europe on occasion to various Roadshows.  This is an amazing opportunity to be fully involved at the beginning of this teams growth and development and the opportunities to learn and gain new experience are endless. 

Main elements of the role will involve the following:-

Diary Management for both partners

Extensive Diary and Meeting Arrangements in the UK and across various timezones

Travel arrangements for Partners and team  including flights, hotels, visas, passport renewals.

Accompanying  Partners to key meetings to take accurate minutes and ensure action points are followed up

Lynch-pin co-ordinator between the Managing Partners and the Project Team to ensure that every week everyone involved is on track with where they need to be - and then reporting back to the Managing Partners

coordinating delivery of investment brochures (including digital)  liaising with professional teams and brochure designers

Research, producing reports and presentations

Organising high profile investing meetings and presentations

Main attributes and background : Around 5 years experience within a client-facing deal-orientated background, either from a management consultancy, legal, finance or property firm. Whilst this role is based within a very creative environment, they interface with corporate organisations at top level so we require someone who has the presentation, attention to detail and professionalism to be a fantastic support at this level to the team.  You must be really good at processing a wide range of information as things move very quickly within this team.  They are looking for someone who is a real team player who will go above and beyond to get the job done.  We can only look at candidate with a really stable work history.  For a full job description please send your CV to Roberta Grade Recruitment (agy)
