Our client, a professional membership organisation, are looking for a temporary Governance Team Administrator for a two to three month period. Starting ASAP. As Governance Team Administrator it will be your job to support the Chief Executive and President, and all College boards and committees, including Trustee Board and Council.
Who will you be working for?
A professional membership organisation and charity with over 11,000 members worldwide. The majority of members are doctors and scientists working in hospitals and universities in the UK. Overseeing the training of pathologists and scientists working in 19 different specialties. They are involved in over 70% of all diagnoses, as well as playing an important role in disease prevention, treatment and monitoring.
About you
You will need to have diary management skills, be exceptionally organised and be a team worker. You will be able to multi-task, manager priorities and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. A strong knowledge of MS office suite, and database/website administration would be useful.
