Immediately available EA to CEO of tech start-up

A unique and rare opportunity is now available for an IMMEDIATE ambitious and enthusiastic EA to join a cool and trendy technology start up! This company was established 6 years ago and is growing very rapidly. The CEO is looking for a driven EA that can rise to the challenge of a busy expansion period.

As an EA you will provide right hand support to the CEO in a varied role. Your main responsibilities will include, complex diary management for the CEO; proactively communicating with the CEO to ensure daily priorities are clear; email monitoring; complete international travel booking; proofreading presentation material, emails, blogs and other content; finance management for the CEO; event management; proofreading legal documents; diligent gate-keeping for all incoming phone calls, inquiries and requests from colleagues as well as externally; personal errands and tasks for the CEO as and when required etc. The role will also incorporate some HR / Office Management tasks such as answering and directing calls; ordering office stationary and kitchen supplies; maintaining the office; arranging review meetings for interns and permanent staff; employment health, safety, wellness and welfare; charitable participation etc. Ultimately, this is a busy role that will required you to constantly anticipate the needs of the CEO, demonstrating a confident and flexible attitude whilst maintaining a positive, forward thinking approach.

In order to be successful in this role you must be immediately available, hands on and willing to help where required. My client is looking for an EA that can provide full right hand support, therefore, organisation, a positive and proactive attitude, an ability to prioritise work and exquisite communication skills are essential!
