Credit Controller / Account Manager

Our popular client, a prestigious worldwide institution that is highly prominent in the Luxury market, is recruiting a Credit Controller / Account Manager to manage a post sale service, including payment, shipping / collection, whilst maintaining exceptional client service throughout.

This exceptional career opportunity would suit a client-service minded individual, ideally with a credit control / paralegal / private client background and an understanding of the luxury market.

European language skills, ideally French, Spanish, Italian or Russian would be advantageous but are not essential.

Requirements for this Credit Controller / Account Manager role:

*Ideally credit control experience, gained within financial / professional services or paralegal experience
*Excellent client service with the ability to liaise confidently with HNWI
*Languages desirable but not essential - particularly French, Italian, Spanish or Russian
*High attention to detail
*Strong communication, both spoken and written
*Total understanding of confidentiality and discretion

Key accountabilities within this Credit Controller / Account Manager position include:

*Acting as main point of contact for internal and external clients
*Overseeing all post-sale related aspects, eg, invoices, statements, shipping quotes
*Collecting and managing outstanding client debt
*Dispute resolution
*Running and attending pre and post sale meetings
*Management reporting
*Liaising with Treasury to assist in cash management
