A leading Fashion brand is looking for an outstanding PA to join their Central London offices, supporting the Creative Director. You will support mostly with Business assistance, but also some Personal duties, and wider office support. This is a great opportunity within a really exciting and renowned fashion brand!
Day to day, you will be managing a busy and constantly changing diary, and ensuring that the Creative Director is prepared for meetings. You will book travel/accommodation and provide comprehensive itineraries. You’ll liaise with all sorts of people both internally and externally, and act as an ambassador for the company. Your duties will extend to processing expenses, and some personal duties such as picking up dry cleaning. You will also assist the Office Manager with meeting guests, answering phones, ordering office stock etc.
You MUST have relevant PA experience within a CREATIVE industry, ideally fashion; however an interest in fashion and knowledge of the industry is essential. You must be super organised, proactive and have an excellent eye for detail. You must be happy communicating with stakeholders at every level and be a top multitasker.
