Your new company
Our client based in Benfleet are recruiting for a PA to join them. This is a full time position and will be based across additional sites - therefore a driver will be essential.


Your new role
You will support the Senior Management team
Arranging Travel
Booking meetings rooms
Screen telephone calls
Meet and greet visitors
Produce documents and briefing papers, reports and presentations
Liaise with all staff and suppliers
Taking on some responsibilities from managers and delegating work


What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience of working as a PA to multiple Directors. It is essential that you have experience working in a fast paced environment. You will have the ability to work well under pressure with a professional approach.
