The Family Office of a well-established Investment firm is looking for a bright, talented EA. This role with suit a detail orientated and self-motivated individual, who will be able to juggle a multitude of tasks. Your days will include both routine and ad hoc tasks, you need to be able to prioritise, work from various locations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

·         Extensive and complex diary management

·         Schedule and organise meetings and personal appointments

·         Organise travel arrangements; prepare detailed itineraries

·         Prepare all household documentation; monthly inventory stock checks, maintenance schedules, instruction manuals for household IT

·         Organise events held at the household

·         Assist the Director to manage household staff

·         Running errands; artwork, vehicles etc

·         Maintain financial documents and track expenses

·         Data entry and management

·         Building and maintaining relationships and communicating across domestic and corporate staff, at varying levels of seniority

Requirements:

·         A background in a fast paced corporate environment is advantageous, as is experience within a similar role at an UHNWI’s private household

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Exceptionally well organized with ability to “think outside the box”

·         Strong MS Office skills

·         Self-motivated and detail orientated

·         Absolute flexibility to handle both routine and high level tasks is essential
