Patient Care Coordinator- top private clinic

A fantastic client of ours and top private clinic in Central London is currently looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

You will be working alongside a brilliant & fun team of individuals and assisting with account management making sure each patient receives fantastic service from start to finish of the process. You will be meeting with each patient at their initial consultation guiding them through their first visit, liaising with new patients via email/phone, coordinating prescriptions for your patients, updating their records etc.

This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with people and someone with brilliant communication skills. The right candidate will be confident, bubbly and dynamic with previous customer service experience or account management.

They are a fantastic team of people and socialise regularly, go on amazing trips abroad etc!

Base salary £26,000 with scope to earn a lot more. Benefits include private dental and healthcare insurance.

The right candidate will have previous sales/customer service experience and a degree ideally.
