Sales Support Administrator £18,000 - £20,000 Permanent

A fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable company based in Shrewsbury. This organisation is a market leader in their industry. They are an award winning organisation. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for

• Supporting the account manager with weekly tasks and duties to include;
• Collation of weekly and monthly sales reports
• Review and analyse competitor activity
• Prepare presentations for management
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
• Liaise with customers to maintain and develop business relationships
• Fully understand the customers' needs and work to manage time and expectations
• Assist management in recommendations on how to grow the business.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent in Business studies or a related discipline.

• Strong commercial awareness with experience of developing customer relations
• Excellent Presentation Skills - Verbal and Written
• Strong IT skills in particular with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A full and valid UK driving licence is required as you may be required to travel to other sites
